On the Orders page, you will have a menu at the top. The tabs are explained below.
- All: All orders imported from your store.
- On Hold: Orders with a billing, fraud, address, client, or operator hold.
- Ready to Ship: The product is in stock and the order is ready to ship from your 3PL warehouse.
- Not Ready to Ship: The products aren't in stock, or there's a hold on the order.
- Backorder: Open orders the warehouse doesn't have stock for.
- Shipped: Orders shipped from your 3PL's warehouses, another fulfillment center, or dropship.
