How to Map Your BigCommerce Statuses

You may want to map order statuses or holds from your BigCommerce store to statuses and holds in your account.

  1. Log in to the portal and click Stores from the menu.
  2. Click the three dots at the end of the row and select Map Statuses from the menu.
  3. The following pop up will populate and here you can map your BigCommerce statuses to statuses and holds in your 3PL account.
