Effective inventory management is the foundation of a successful fulfillment operation. Your portal's Reports section gives you clear, downloadable data to monitor stock levels, track adjustments, and keep your operations transparent.
Best Practice: Export your reports at the end of the day. Inventory changes constantly as orders are processed and shipped throughout the day, so exporting after daily operations wrap up gives you the most stable, accurate data.
How to Find Your Reports
- Log in to your account.
- Select Reports in the navigation menu.
- Choose the report you want to generate.
Available Reports

Inventory Report
This report gives you a real-time snapshot of all your inventory at any warehouse location, whether the stock is physically in the warehouse or is inbound (on its way and not yet arrived).
Key Features:
- Filter by warehouse.
- Search for a specific SKU.
- Use the gear icon to choose which columns are displayed.
- Export data as needed.
Inventory Report Key Terms

| Total on-hand | Units currently physically in the warehouse right now. |
| Total allocated | Units assigned to existing customer orders. |
| Total available | Units you can sell right now. (On-Hand − Allocated = Available.) |
| Total backordered | Units needed to fill existing orders that do not have enough on-hand inventory. |
| Total on order | Units on incoming shipping plans that have not yet been received into inventory. |
| Total pending return | Units expected to be returned based on pending RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations). |
Inventory Change Log
This report acts as an audit trail for all SKU-level inventory changes over time, including shipment deductions and cycle count adjustments. It lets you monitor every addition or deduction to your stock.
Key Features:
- Filter by date or warehouse to see when and where changes were made.
- Search by SKU.
- Use the gear icon to choose which columns are displayed.
- Export data as needed.
Columns Defined

| Previous inventory on hand | Total units before the change. |
| Updated inventory on hand | Total units after the change. |
| Reason for the change | Why the stock level changed (for example, shipment or cycle count adjustment). |
