When you connect a store (such as Shopify), the products in that store are imported automatically. But if you need to add a new product manually, here's how to create one from the 3PL Client Portal:
- In the menu on the left side of the screen, click the Products section. You'll see a list of all your products.
- In the upper right-hand corner, click the Create Product button.
- On the Create Product screen, fill in the product name, its value (cost), and SKU. You can optionally add a barcode, vendor, and weight. Then select the warehouse where this product will be created.
- On the right side of the screen, click Add image to upload a product image from your computer.
- Click Save in the lower right-hand corner.
- You'll see a "Product successfully created" message and be redirected to the details screen for the new product.
