Switching an Amazon Product from FBA to FBM

Mapping an Amazon SKU to a Different SKU in Your Account
You may have the same physical product at an Amazon location and with us, but under different SKUs. To make sure our team picks the correct product and inventory updates accordingly, follow the steps below.
Connect your Amazon store to your account. Once Amazon is connected, we automatically import your FBM SKUs.
If you connect your Amazon store directly to your account, it shouldn't also be connected to your Shopify store — doing so can cause issues properly importing your products and orders.
- Make the FBM SKU a kit by adding SKU XYZ_A as a component. This way, when orders come in from Amazon, the warehouse knows to pick and ship SKU XYZ_A. To do this, follow the steps below.
- In the portal, select the Products tab and look up SKU XYZ.
- Open the product details page and scroll to the Kit Components section.
- Click Add Components and enter SKU XYZ_A.
- Save changes.
